In which ways can I pay?

PayPal:
It is possible to pay via PayPal, as a PayPal customer you are protected if your product is not delivered, damaged during transport or AV ProVideo does not meet the description that was communicated.

Payment via PayPal is only possible up to an amount of € 2.000,00. Higher amounts in consultation. When making a payment AV ProVideo always sends a payment request via PayPal, this to prevent fraud.


IBAN Bank account AV ProVideo:
Payment can also be made via our standard IBAN bank account number. Payment in the Netherlands is generally the same day on our account and European banking transactions takes around 24 hours.

What are the shipping options?

AV Provideo sends via 2 methods:

Post.nl:
These are packages up to 30 Kg with a value up to € 500.00 and are also insured up to € 500.00.

TNT:
Packages with a value in excess of € 500.00 are always delivered throughout Europe by AV ProVideo via our regular carrier TNT. Standard these packages are not insured, 1% of the invoice amount are the costs for the insurance, this is always standard for AV Provideo. Our experience with TNT is good and if a problem does occur, TNT solves it properly.

Collect at our location:
Have the shipment collected by your own carrier: Of course it is possible to have the equipment collected by your own carrier. AV ProVideo ensures that everything is packed very well. We send the package or pallet details, weight and dimensions to the buyer. Once the package or pallet has left our company, the risk is for the buyer.

AV ProVideo is the European internet site especially for professional AV equipment, used DSLR, Video, Broadcast and Cine equipment in the broadest sense of the word.

How long is my warranty?
Because these are always used products, it can never be completely excluded that a product does not meet the wishes of the customer. We try to sell our used products to the best of our knowledge and belief and therefore we use a “satisfaction guarantee”. This means that after receiving the product, the customer has 5 days the right to return the used product if the product does not meet the wishes of the customer. Of course, damage caused by misuse (dropping etc.) are excluded from this satisfaction guarantee.

What do you mean by satisfaction guarantee?
A purchase is only concluded when you have seen and approved the product!

How does it work if I want to claim under the warranty?
If you want to claim under the warranty, please contact us via our contactform. You will receive instructions about further handling as soon as possible.

I have a complaint, what to do now?
If you have a complaint, we would like to hear from you. We will do everything we can to solve this to your satisfaction. You can contact us via [email protected]. We aim to answer your mail within a few hours. You will receive a reply within 24 hours on working days.

What is your delivery time?
For most products: within 2 to 5 working days. Please note: shipping abroad 4-6 working days.
The products on the AV ProVideo website are also in stock.

How can I return my order?
If there is a problem with your order, you can of course return it. Please follow this procedure carefully before returning your order:

1) Please contact our customer service within 5 days after receipt using the e-mail address below:
Return shipments should be registered via [email protected]. and state so:

Invoice number
Reason for return

2) After confirmation of our customer service you can send the product back to us within 2 days. You must also send a copy of your invoice and mention your bank account number on which we can refund the purchase amount.

3) As soon as we have received the goods in good order, you will receive the confirmation within a few working days. We will then refund the purchase amount and any shipping costs of the return shipment as soon as possible, but no later than 10 days after you have returned the product.

Excluded from the right of return are products with which a special agreement has been made and these agreements have also been made in writing with both parties (AV ProVideo and the customer).
